Having recently stayed at Comfort Inn for a quick gourmet getaway, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary delights awaiting me at The Gateway Restaurant. The seasonal menu boasted a range of contemporary Australian dishes, and I found myself drawn to the crumbed chicken schnitzel - a comforting classic that did not disappoint. Paired with a refreshing salad and crispy fries, it was a satisfying choice after a long day of travel.The ambiance at the restaurant was welcoming and cozy, making it the ideal spot to unwind with a drink from the well-stocked bar. While breakfast was an extra option that I opted not to indulge in, the dinner experience left a lasting impression.Despite the minor inconveniences in the room, the standout feature for me was undoubtedly the gastronomic adventure offered by Cafe Gateway.
